    1. Establishing a User Account

  6. Deposit and Withdrawals
    1. Making a deposit to a Player's User Account .
      1. A wager cannot be returned after it has been placed because it cannot be canceled. The stake money is not returnable to the Player who loses the wager.

      Making Withdrawals from a Player's User Account
